Studio : pièce unique avec un coin cuisine
T2 ou F2 : appartement deux pièces
T3 ou F3 : appartement trois pièces
SdB : salle de bains (avec une baignoire)
Salle d’eau : salle de bains (avec une douche)
Appt. : appartement
RdC : Rez-de-chaussée
Asc. : ascenseur
TBE : très bon état
CC : charges comprises. Les charges sont les frais à ajouter au prix du loyer pour l’entretien de l’immeuble et les services communs à tous ses habitants (ménage des parties communes, ramassage des poubelles…)
