  • Studio : pièce unique avec un coin cuisine

  • T2 ou F2 : appartement deux pièces

  • T3 ou F3 : appartement trois pièces

  • SdB : salle de bains (avec une baignoire)

  • Salle d’eau : salle de bains (avec une douche)

  • Appt. : appartement

  • RdC : Rez-de-chaussée

  • Asc. : ascenseur

  • TBE : très bon état

  • CC : charges comprises. Les charges sont les frais à ajouter au prix du loyer pour l’entretien de l’immeuble et les services communs à tous ses habitants (ménage des parties communes, ramassage des poubelles…)
